Who this is for
VontedOps is a private, single-operator tool used by its owner to manage their own second-hand resale inventory across marketplaces such as Vinted and eBay. It is not a public service and does not have other user accounts.
What data we access
With the operator's explicit consent (granted through eBay's OAuth sign-in), the tool accesses the operator's own eBay account through eBay's APIs in order to create and manage that operator's own listings, inventory, and orders. It stores the operator's own inventory, pricing, and order records in a private database. We do not collect personal data belonging to eBay buyers or other eBay users beyond the order information eBay provides for fulfilling the operator's own sales.
How we use it
Data is used solely to operate the owner's resale business — listing items, pricing them, tracking sales and stock, and bookkeeping. We do not sell or share data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling, or tracking across other sites.
Storage & security
Data is held in a private, access-controlled database and hosting environment (Neon Postgres and Vercel). Access requires authentication. API credentials are stored as encrypted environment secrets and are never exposed in the application.
eBay Marketplace Account Deletion
We honour eBay's Marketplace Account Deletion/Closure notifications. Because the tool does not retain personal data about other eBay users, there is generally nothing to erase; any such notification is acknowledged and acted upon as required.
