Very Minted
Terms

The deal, in plain English.

The terms you agree to when you use Very Minted. We’ve kept them readable — but they’re still the agreement between us.

Last updated: 25 July 2026

These terms govern your use of vminted.com and the Very Minted app, provided by Diocletian Ltd (“Very Minted”, “we”), Company No. 16419314, 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Very Minted helps you source, price, list and account for resale stock. It provides tools, estimates and suggestions — including AI-generated listings and valuations — to support your decisions. Estimates are guidance, not guarantees; you’re responsible for your own buying, pricing and selling.

Founding pricing

Founding pricing is open now. Starting a free account doesn’t hold a price — the founding price attaches when you take out a paid subscription, and it then applies for as long as that subscription stays continuous, even if we raise prices for people who join after you. Founding seats are limited and offered at our discretion.

Plans, pricing & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually) via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Prices for new customers may change, but a locked founding price stays as promised while your subscription is continuous.

What’s in a plan. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI listings, and sets how many photos per item our AI reads when it identifies and prices that item. The photo figure is not an upload limit: you can upload as many photos as you like on any plan, and every one of them is published to the marketplaces you list on. Your current allowances are always shown on your plan page in the app.

Why allowances exist, and when they can change. Running the AI behind Very Minted costs us money for every item processed, and those costs are set by our suppliers rather than by us. Plan allowances are therefore set with reference to them. If those costs change materially we may adjust plan allowances, and prices for new customers — a locked founding price stays locked. Where a change affects a plan you’re already on, we’ll email you at least 30 days beforehand and it takes effect from your next renewal, so you can cancel first if it doesn’t suit you. We record which version of our plan terms you subscribed under, and we won’t retroactively reduce an allowance you have already paid for.

Pay as you go. You can also buy a one-off pack of AI listings and valuations without a subscription. Packs are paid for once, via Stripe, and never expire. Your plan’s own monthly allowance is always used before your pack, so a pack lasts as long as possible. Because a pack is digital content you can start using immediately, you’ll be asked at checkout to confirm that you want it available straight away and that you understand this means giving up the 14-day right to cancel once you begin using it. A pack that has not been used at all can be refunded within 14 days on request. Unused pack credits are lost if you delete your account, and are not transferable between accounts. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Acceptable use

  • Use the service lawfully and only for your own reselling business.
  • Don’t misuse, resell, reverse-engineer or overload the service.
  • You’re responsible for the content and data you add, and for complying with marketplace and tax rules.

Your data & our IP

Your reselling data is yours — we process it to run the service (see our Privacy policy). The Very Minted software, brand and content are ours and stay ours.

Availability & liability

We work hard to keep the service running but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for buying/selling decisions you make using the tools. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Questions? Email hello@vminted.com.
